We generally retain information that you provide to us only for the required period of time and that is necessary for its processing and collection. The details of data deletion are as follows.

01 Personal Information

All personal information you enter or submit (such as telephone number, address, etc.) will be stored for the purpose of providing the service by processing the data in our system.

You have the right to request deletion or request to suspend the use of any or all information at any time, or report the matter via email at support@niemchat.com. We will investigate and process your request within 7 days.

02 Account Information

In case you want your user account deleted, after we have processed your account deletion according to your request, we will process your data and will retain such information for the period required in accordance with the law and our policies for the following purposes:

To answer questions or solve problems that you may report later.
To check accuracy, neatness and completeness of service.
To resolve disputes or check outstanding service fees.
To monitor and prevent misuse of our services.
We may retain system-generated work information in a non-personally identifiable form (such as Customer code, work code, etc.) after the storage period required by law and our policies has elapsed.
